I worked in the food industry for several SME organisations both in the manufacturing and trading business gaining professional experience as Technical - Quality - R&D Director, Site Director, Continuous Improvement and General Manager.
I experienced roles in the mechanical, pharmaceutical, construction and media industry too.

After achieving the MSc at the University of Padova (Italy), passion for business management drived me to achieve the MBA at the University of Kansas (USA) and later the Fellowship in Manufacturing Management at the Cranfield University (UK).

1. Directed new product development project, from laboratory recipes and shelf life tests to final manufacturing with estimated € 1,2 M sales
2. Efficiently managed the quality system in a leading food ingredients and additives trading organisation with € 250,000 /year saved costs
3. Successfully led the quality system for food manufacturing companies contributing to the achievement of new contracts for over € 1,5 M sales
4. Secured the award of a € 7 M contract for a cheese manufacturing company through the achievement of customer requirements
5. Led a Six Sigma project with estimated cost reduction of € 120,000/year
6. Secured the award of € 2,5 M contracts for a pasta manufacturing company through the achievement of customer requirements
