About Sonja NUFER
Sonja Nufer, born in 1963, is a qualified
psychologist and author. She Is the managing director of the Berlin
PSCC company with a focus on
psychology, supervision, coaching and communication. She works as a
career and relationship coach.
At the Technical University of Berlin, Sonja Nufer studied psychology. The most interesting in her studies was her work concerning the personal motives of psychologist to become a psychotherapist. Thus, the subject already was an issue of supervision. It dealt with professional biographies and the motives of the psychological psychotherapists.
Soon after that Prof. Dr. Eva Jaeggi published her book and the thesis of Sonja Nufer with the subject
"The professional career of psychologists and psychotherapists: motives and experiences" was cited in the book by Mrs. Dr. Eva Jaeggi -
"..... and the therapists who will treat them? "
After studying psychology at the Technical University of Berlin, her path continued towards professional and career and love coaching. Sonja Nufer worked as a professional consultant in a project of the Senate of Berlin and completed further training at the
BIF - Berlin Institute for Family Therapy, Systemic therapy, supervision, counselling and training - as a systemic coach & supervisor.

Sonja Nufer works international and intercultural and advises in
5 languages (German, English, French, Spanish, Italian). She trains managers in their staff leadership, she works with entrepreneurs and is a business start-up coach. The focus of her work is to develop the creative potential, flow, joy of life,
vitality power and fun. She helps to find
creative and human conflict solutions. She accompanies people and organizations in times of
change and upheaval.
Sonja Nufer works in an interdisciplinary network. With Dipl.-Psych. Hans Christian Schrader - from the famous team of authors
Hesse / Schrader - she has published the book
"When love becomes disaster. Bullying in partnership". This book is the
first time that the concept of
bullying - known from work - is transferred nto the

Richard having been traumatised in his childhood: a lot of losses in his life, no presence of father, mother suffering from the consequences of being a refugee in World War II, growing up in Eastern Germany, loss of his girl friend and twins by an accident, loss of his flat by fire....Having to learn to handle fear, to separate and rather collect "people" and relationship instead of garbage...!
