The blog deals with general subjects of psychological interest. In 2o11,  Sonja developed coaching combined with Yoga and Relaxation. And to increase fitness and joy of life Sonja offers zumba dance fitness. Sonja ´s  courses are for everybody and all ages, for business people to cope with stress and even for  people with handicaps.

About Sonja NUFER
Sonja Nufer is a qualified psychologist and book author. She Is the managing director of the Berlin PSCC company with a focus on psychology, supervision, coaching and communication. She works as a career, relationship and health coach.

At the Technical University of Berlin, Sonja Nufer studied psychology. The most interesting in her studies was her thesis concerning the personal motives of psychologists to become a psychotherapist. Thus, the subject of her thesis already was an issue of supervision. It dealt with professional biographies and the conscious and unconscious motives of the psychological psychotherapists concerning their profession.

Soon after that Prof. Dr. Eva Jaeggi published her book "..... and the therapists who will treat them? " -
and the thesis of Sonja Nufer with the subject "The professional career of psychologists and psychotherapists: motives and experiences" was cited in the book by Mrs. Dr. Eva Jaeggi .

After studying psychology at the Technical University of Berlin, Sonja´s path continued towards professional and career and love coaching. Sonja Nufer worked as a professional consultant in a project of the Senate of Berlin and completed further training at the BIF - Berlin Institute for Family Therapy, Systemic therapy, supervision, counselling and training. Sonja became a systemic coach & supervisor.

"Messie" - an addiction to collect and the inability to separate from things and handle fear.
Richard having been traumatised in his childhood: a lot of losses in his life, no presence of father, mother suffering from the consequences of being a refugee in World War II, growing up in Eastern Germany, loss of his girl friend and twins by an accident, loss of his flat by fire....Having to learn to handle fear, to separate and rather collect "people" and relationship instead of garbage...!
