  I assisted both Western and American managers develop and implement effective business strategies across cultures. I have coached executives to manage complex multiple programs, effectively negotiate joint venture agreements, manage acquisitions, and lead teams in the European and Asian Pacific Region. I have conducted training programs for American and European managers from IBM, Toyota, Delaware, Dolmen, Belgian Navy, Hewlett-Packard, Bekaert, Siemens, Unisys, Tieto Enator and European Commission. I work from my extensive experience, negotiating, and communicating with European and American business people. I spent several years as Senior Consultant in Multinational organizations and the European Commission. I have lived and traveled extensively throughout Europe, America, Africa and Asia. I speaks Dutch, English, French and German. I hold a master degree in Telecommunication and digital techniques. After a period of 2.5 years in New Zealand I worked for 2.5 years in Australia and now back in Europe.
