Hakkımda
I’m currently Director of Fraud and Risk Intelligence unit in Telecom Italia with the overall responsibility to define and to ensure the implementation of the strategies, policies and process relating to fraud management optimizing profitability by balancing financial risk, revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction.
I bring over 14 years of marketing experiences in the telecommunication. Formerly I’ve been Head of Business Development, Head of Strategic Planning & Customer Insight , and Director of Business Intelligence within Marketing Department.
Some of my career highlights include initiating the Customer Service in Ford Motor Company Italian branch, developing a structured Marketing Information System while working as a consultant, the Customer Profiling system and a text mining competitive intelligence system in TIM.
I excel in providing in depth analysis to support initiatives in product developing, marketing strategy and customer intelligence. My competence include strategic marketing planning, project management, CRM and Campaign management, predictive marketing modelling and a good social media market knowledge
I am an active member of SCIP ITALIA (Strategic & Competitive Intelligence Professionals, italian branch), a research fellow of “Competitive Intelligence” research center of Link Campus – Malta University in Rome, Permanent member of GSMA Fraud Forum and active contributor to the intelligence subgroup as well as an established speaker in several round the world conference about Strategic Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, CRM and Loyalty management , data & text mining
I have authored or co-authored several publications on Data Mining and CRM such as “Marketing intelligence system to forecast the mobile telecom competitive landscape” published in the book “Text mining for Intelligence” (A. Zanasi - WIT press 2005)
I’m thinking about myself as having very strong personal and professional maturity good analytical skills and an ability to maintain objectivity and appy logic. Interpersonal skill combined with good business sense and a solid working knowledge in marketing intelligence and business development with creativity, strong communications and leadership skills as well as relationship building with colleagues and customers. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
