Über mich

I am a Project Manager and I currently deal with initiatives in Business Intelligence and CRM areas. Before joining TEN Tecnologie & Networking, I worked at Accenture consulting firm for about eight years as Project Manager and Application Product Manager.

Last year I lived in Moscow for a few months, owing to an Accenture's Business Intelligence engagement at MTC Mobile TeleSystems. My role entailed coordination of an international, geographically distributed, consulting and technical team on a top management reporting initiative focused on delivery of dashboards and balanced scorecards in revenue assessment area.

Since February 2005, I was constantly on assignment in Eastern Europe, supporting implementation of global firm guidelines in CIO, HR and Finance areas whilst achieving our client's goals. Along with project management tasks, I dealt with building durable relationships with client's personnel and development of communication channels between Accenture local entities and headquarters in aforementioned areas.

Since 2006, I was focused on implementation of Accenture strategy through development of Accenture Delivery Centers in Argentina and India. Due to this commitment, I have been coordinating both international consulting teams and off-shore development teams in major internal Accenture initiatives and client facing projects in emerging markets and Eastern Europe. Lately, I coordinated projects focused mainly on cross-country standardisation and centralisation of legacy applications, enforcement of compliance to policies and local laws, improvement of data mining capabilities and implementation of corporate data marts and top management dashboard reporting systems. Moreover I supported Accenture Controllership in internal and external audits in Finance area.
