Stefano Bernasconi is Senior Executive at IBM and part of the senior leadership team. Stefano is responsible for all core consulting services in Italy and he is also the relationship partner for the Fiat-Chrysler Group. In the previous roles he was the Leader of the some practice areas, playing as client partner for several relevant clients in the selected industries and he is still currently involved in management consulting and system integrations engagements, as advisor for top management or subject matter expert. In addition he is also leading activities on service innovation, new market offers and he covered the role of industry leader for Energy and Utilities in IBM Italy.
Previously Stefano worked in other worldwide leading consulting companies, including Accenture, with strong focus on strategy and operation areas. During his last previous experience, Stefano led several business development initiatives in Eastern Europe, Russia and Middle East. He is working and acted as Subject Matter Expert for complex engagements where interaction with CEOs, CFOs and VPs is a key success factor (e.g. M&A, Transformation, etc.). At the beginning of his professional career he worked for EU and he held the role of director of logistics and supply chain in a multinational company for several years.
