2008 – Today: Telecommunications Industry: Vice President Residential Customers, Deputy CEO for Orange Communications. Overall responsibility for the residential market of Orange Switzerland, including distribution channels (retail, Orange centres, e-channels), customer relations and supply chain. Oversees a total of 650 people and is responsible for approximately 85% of Orange Switzerland revenues and operating profit.
* Increased retail footprint from 50 to 70 Orange Centres via acquisition and organic growth.
* Launched new eCommerce platform and doubled share of online sales channel.
* Launched key initiatives to transform customer care, sales and supply chain to gain efficiency and reach higher customer satisfaction.
