Outside of his responsibilities as a surgeon with his own practice in Bellevue, Washington, Stephen Anderson, M.D. enjoys a number of hobbies. He engages in several outdoor activities such as off-road motorcycling, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, and skiing. To pursue his numerous interests, Stephen Anderson, M.D. joined organizations like the Overlake Golf and Country Club, the Seattle Yacht Club, and the Elkhorn Golf Club. In addition, Stephen Anderson, M.D. cherishes reading and favors the works of Michael Crichton, Tom Wolfe, Nelson DeMille, and Thomas Friedman. He is a generous philanthropist, contributing to the worldwide humanitarian efforts of Rotary International through his involvement with the Bellevue Rotary Club. He also travels to China and Vietnam to teach the doctors in those countries and to perform charity surgeries for patients with a variety of facial deformities and defects. A native of Seattle, Washington, Stephen Anderson, M.D. moved south to attend Stanford University in the San Francisco Bay Area. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from the world-renowned Northern California research university, Stephen Anderson, M.D. returned to his home state and earned a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1971. Stephen Anderson, M.D. spent the ensuing six years completing postgraduate studies in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine in Southern California. In 1977, Stephen Anderson, M.D. moved back to Washington and commenced operations at Anderson Cosmetic Surgery, the private practice he still manages more than 30 years later. At Anderson Cosmetic Surgery, Stephen Anderson, M.D. provides patients with surgical cosmetic procedures, non-surgical procedures, and myriad skincare products and treatments. Stephen Anderson, M.D. relies on decades of experience to help each patient realize his or her ideal appearance. With familiar and specialized surgical procedures and well-known minimally invasive rejuvenation treatments, Stephen Anderson, M.D. reduces the visible effects of aging to give his patients more youthful-looking faces and skin.
