Hakkımda
Steve has been involved with coaching across a wide range of environments, from coaching people through new experiences, to individual executive and senior team coaching and development. He takes an engaging, pragmatic and focused approach to developing the capabilities of people.
With an initial career in computing within the telecommunications industry, Steve has spent more than 20 years helping others grow and develop, both personally and professionally; including 12 years leading the Learning & Development function at Vodafone Group plc and 3 years in a similar role with Travelport.
As an experienced coach, he has worked in the area of leadership development for many years, developing the PeakDepths philosophy based on his personal approach to building peak performance in individuals, teams and organisations. This work has now taken him into new sectors, such as financial institutions and medical services.
Originally graduating with a degree in Computing Science, he now holds a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and is a Chartered Engineer and IT Professional. As a certified coach he now works with senior executives and their teams to help them explore their hidden depths to achieve their peak performance both as individuals and as teams. His focus is to increase the contribution people are able to make towards the success of their organisations.
Steve has a wide range of interests including travel and the outdoors, and he is also a qualified scuba diving instructor. He has always had a strong community involvement, especially in learning related areas and is currently a director and trustee of his local Education Business Partnership.

SOMETHING DIFFERENT
As a qualified PADI diving instructor, Steve can offer a scuba diving experience as part of his coaching or development work, where appropriate. This could be anything from a simple introductory activity, or a day's diving for qualified divers, all the way through to a full qualification course. All diving activities can be fully integrated into the wider coaching or developmental experience and can be used to provide common ground for participants or provide practical illustrations of the subjects being covered. Specialist equipment and support is provided through Steve’s links with a professional dive school.
