With Clarity Consultants, I coached executives and other business leaders resulting in their becoming more effective, organized, and productive. With Clarity they were able to achieve more simplicity in the way they worked.

I led leadership workshops that combined classroom learning with coaching for sustainable results. In one workshop participants learned to manage and access the vast amount of information they received. In another workshop, participants learned and practiced basic leadership skills so they could advance in their company.

At Clear Space we offered expert help to professionals who needed to be more organized. We reorganized desks, files and work processes based on the specific needs and challenges the clients had. We worked with corporate executives at their offices and also helped professionals set up home offices.

As Operations Officer I managed human resources, assisted with the opening of a new office in London, and set policies that were needed for this fast-growing company.
