About me
Having worked with/at many startups and vendors, both in my time with Gartner and as a manager, I have accumulated broad knowledge of the IT industry. This not only covers the various areas of the IT market (software, hardware, services, consulting) but also gives me a "multi-angle view" of the IT business from channel, vendor, analyst and consulting perspective. This extensive experience is the foundation for my latest business endeavour: Providing go-to-market, influencer marketing and business managment insights to emerging vendors and startup companies from the high-tech sector. As an entrepreneurial person I am also always eager for new challenges and ideas. So if you are interested in working with me please get in touch.
Business Vita:
As early as 1992 I co-founded an IT sales company (retail and VAR) which grew to encompass eight locations in Germany servicing end-users and business customers alike. As General Manager, I was responsible for driving the day-to-day operations, including directing the operations and strategies of the sales, marketing and product department.
After exiting the company, I joined Gartner in its European Headquarters in the UK working primarily with high-tech companies in EMEA. When I was approached by azeti Networks - a VC financed startup company - I decided to join azeti as Head of Strategic Marketing and VP Business Development (later taking on the role of Head of Marketing and Communications). In 2012 I joined forces with the Netherlands based Kea Company as Managing Director for the DACH region offering Business Consulting and HTTP Market Mindshare Services to high-tech companies.
