I have been working on many different projects both for the private and the public sector and I like travelling around the world to participate and speak at conferences that cover these different topics as well as physically meeting the great communities of like minded people.
In recent years, I’m dealing more thoroughly with things like customer experience management, service innovation, service design, user experience design, information architecture, branding & new marketing, design management & research, design thinking, innovation management, enterprise 2.0, business modelling and performance management as well as related subjects like social innovation, urban design, green business and corporate social responsibility.
Restless in my drive for discovering new knowledge and broadening my understanding on how successful things work and on how to use & implement new management models withing changing markets & rising complexity, I continue to be involved in different communities and discussions around the world on the future of business, technology, government, urban & social life.
