- Edit Now we are looking for Sales Engineer Manager for Japanese High-Tech Automotive industries in Wolfsburg area. There is a possibility to be General Manager in the future. Please check below job description if you are interested. Position: Sales Engineer Manager - Automotive Function/role of the position: Responsible for Sales Engineering and business development activities, mainly for German big automotive companies. Working place: Wolfsburg Responsibilities: • Manage the existing automotive customers, supporting technical questions and answer. • Give advice to automotive customers on technical aspects of OEM or custom-made products • Support and advice to customers in the innovated plastic and rubber technical field • Manage Business development to German Automotive customers • Review the existing sales strategy and generate plans to optimize market approach • Acquire new automotive customers in support of sales strategy • Coordinate the implementation of technical and commercial offers • Bench marking competitors activities • Negotiation price and business condition • Provide timely feedback to management board • Build up a sales team in the mid-term Requirements: • University degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field • Minimum 3-5 years experience as Sales Engineer in Automotive industries- or other very similar high technology products • Preferably experience in Plastic or Rubber industries • Self-confident and flexible personality • Good knowledge of technical field • German at Native speaker level and English at least Business level Offer: • Attractive salary • Able to learn Japanese business culture and the way of Japanese business work flow • Potential for great career development • Potential to become General Manager in the future - depends on your performance • Well established international company background • Everyday use of your language knowledge
