One direct report and indirect responsibility for a 3rd party Log. WH with ~150 employees. Following Eaton's decision to run the distribution center in-house in the meantime part of a project team preparing and organizing the transition of the operational processes and the IT infrastructure from the former 3PL partner to Eaton.
