EatonDriving the success of Eaton’s 3rd Party Distribution Center in Rheinbach, Germany (~30k sqm WH space including considerable automation and a yearly turnover of ~$1,3 billion). One direct report and indirect responsibility for a 3rd party Log. WH with ~150 employees. Following Eaton's decision to run the distribution center in-house in the meantime part of a project team preparing and organizing the transition of the operational processes and the IT infrastructure from the former 3PL partner to Eaton.
Key role in a big Distribution Center Consolidation project for the Northeast, Central East and Western Europe region with responsibility for Order Management and Process Design Workstreams. Coordination lead between Country Sales Organizations and Customer Care/Order Management, Supply Chain, Distribution Logistics, Material Planning and IT.
