About me

I have actively interfaced between the areas of project management and personality development for the last 15 years. I began professionally in advertising and afterwards studied at the Research Association for Process-Oriented Psychology founded by Arnold Mindell in Zurich and Portland and also at the Moreno-Institute in Sweden (Psychodrama and Sociometrics). I have a degree in Psychodrama and Adult Education (SVEB II) and a DGSv certified education in supervisor under Professor Ferdinand Buer in Münster plus a CAS in applied philossophie at the FHNW in Switzerland. Further trainings in intercultural conflictresolution and systemic therapy.

I have worked as a personnel consultant in several firms and as a lecturer for psychology and management at a management school. I founded and managed the ”Eco-Exchange for Associations” and functioned as project manager for the ”Swiss Alternative Business Directory”. In 1995 I was awarded the "Promotion Prize for Social Innovation” by the city of Zurich. Today I am active in career counseling, supervision, team development, conflict training and project management.

Als gelernter Werbekaufmann habe ich mich an der Forschungsgesellschaft für Prozess-orientierte Psychologie nach Arnold Mindell in Zürich und Portland (Oregon) und am schwedischen Moreno-Institut (Psychodrama und Soziometrie) weitergebildet (Abschluss als Psychodrama-Leiter Mai 1997). Ich bin diplomiertere Ausbildner (SVEB II) und BSO zertifizierter Supervisor (Ausbildung bei Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Buer). Dazwischen kürzere Weiterbildungen in multikultureller Konfliktarbeit und lösungsorientierter systemischer Arbeit und ein CAS in angewandter Psychologie an der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz.

Ich arbeitete als Personalberater und als Dozent für Psychologie und Führung an einer Kaderschule, war Initiant und Leiter des "Vereins Oeko-Stellenbörse" und Projektleiter des "alternativen Branchenbuches Schweiz". l995 gewann ich den "Förderpreis für innovative Ideen im Sozialbereich" der Stadt Zürich. Heute bin ich vor allem im Bereich Supervision, Teamentwicklung, Konflikttraining, Projektmanagement tätig.
