During my professional life, I worked and studied for more than 12 years in Asia mainly in Korea and supported Swiss and European firms in a great variety of organizational and management related topics that arise throughout the life cycle of opereations in East Asian countries.

I focus on consulting & coaching in organizational and managerial specific subjects, such as organizational black holes, transparency, compliance, organization related crisis management, organizational change strategies & implementation, managing complexity, troubleshooting, interim management, project management.

Further, for many years I enjoy lecturing, providing trainings & simulations on above topics at a variety of business schools and institutions.
