We may shortly introduce our company and also our services.

The International Business Network is successfully realizing projects worldwide.

We have more than 17 years experience in:

•Marketing and consulting at the Russian and International investment markets;
•Designing and/or expert selection of any investment programs for Russian and foreign companies and arranging the financial and technical support of such programs;
•Promotion of foreign companies to the former USSR markets and Russian companies to the International market.
•Incorporation and management of companies worldwide, trusts and other types of international business structures, designed to meet the specific needs of our clients. Especially we offer professional representation services in Russian Federation
•Financial services for investment projects, development and refinancing, including all support services for our clients worldwide

We have a good experience in co-operation with some European and American companies in these fields of business. We are promoting good business and close relations with the top level Government circles in the most of the states of the former USSR, Moscow, St-Petersburg and some other Russian regions, too.

Total amount of the project financing arranged with our participation is more than USD 7.755 million, at present.

International Business Network LLC was incorporated in September 2007, before it was a business community, its function was since 2002 to collect requests and offers from potential partners/clients and to forward it to Prologis Unternehmensberatung GmbH (our head office and main shareholder). Since September 2007 till June 2008 the International Business Network was a limited liability company (LLC) incorporated in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation. In June 2008 our shareholders decided to reorganize the company. International Business Network is now a representation of Prologis Unternehmungsberatung GmbH in Russian Federation, its legal status is Moscow Representation of Company Prologis Unternehmungsberatung GmbH (MPO).

We are successfully realizing projects worldwide, some of our customers and partners you will find on our homepage (Partners, References).

We are interested in serious and long-term partnerships in the area of:

•incorporation and management services worldwide
•joint-venture
•representation of foreign companies in Russian Federation
•recruitment for companies in Russian Federation and the EU
•investment projects worldwide
