About me

Thomas Stöcker is a Vice President with NTT Data since June 2001. Prior to joining Cirquent - now merged with NTT Data, he was a member of the Management Team and employee of the first hour at diAx. He was in charge of building up Customer Operations and the CRM Practice. Before that, he established as Line- and Project Manager a centralized Telephone Direktbank for the German Postbank. After his Studies in Business Administration he joined Deutsche Sparkassenorganisation and started working on Marketing and Distribution-/Channel Concepts. Presently he is heading Cirquent Group’s Customer Management Portfolio Practice for D A CH. His main activities include the definition and provision of strategic Customer Management, Customer Care and planning and decision principles, Management of related Partner's and their products as well as specific consulting projects relating to Customer Relationship, Experience and Interaction Management. In his past  Roles he was responsible for the implementation of the strategic positioning of Multichannel- and Customer Management for Companies like Vodafone, Telekom Austria, Ergo Direkt or sunrise.
