Development of a user interface and framework for multi-cellular multi-scale agent-based biophysical models. The framework allows for development of models based on existing works with the potential of construction of hybrid models. The models can then be presented to interested third-parties (e.g. tissue-engineers, toxicologists), with relatively little effort, in the graphical user interface.
