Über mich
My educational background includes a Masters degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (University of Berne), a Masters degree in Project Management (George Washington University), a Black Belt certification in Internal Communications, as well as additional trainings.
My experiences cover operational, tactical and strategic fields, on the front line and on the corporate level: I've done classic HR work in recruitment, compensation, organization development, as well as talent and performance management. Furthermore, I have analyzed and re-designed processes, conducted complex statistical data analyses, as well as developed and implemented communication campaigns. I have led Novartis' HR strategic planning process for three years. I was also the HR representative in the Novartis Social Media Catalyst team, advising the Chief Operating Officer on the application and introduction of Web 2.0 tools.
I am known as a skilled internal consultant, an intrapreneur who is able to bring the right people together, "translate" between various business terminologies, and get things done. My previous supervisors appreciate me as a person with outstanding analytical skills, the ability to balance details and big picture concerns, and the courage to challenge the status quo.
