As an IT generalist with 15 years of experience, I have a broad knowledge of software and web development, product and project management. I have experience working with both small and large globally distributed and cross-functional teams. I value developing employees according to their talents and approaching them as a servant leader to develop them through appreciative feedback. At scoutbee, I grew the product team from 5 to 20 people and laid the foundation for our AI-driven product suite that is set to revolutionize the procurement industry. After leading the product development for our product "Streamline" (with a focus on the buyer side), I now work as a Project Management Lead supporting various internal and external customers and stakeholders.
