Advising Global Clients within the Life Science marketplace on key methods of candidate attraction using a variety of mediums including social, devising talent acquisition strategies, impartial advice on job boards, training in-house resourcing specialists, vendor selection and organisation across the EMEA region, APAC and the USA.

Having worked within direct life science recruitment and also having used and worked for candidate databases and job boards, I am well placed to make sure companies keep up to date on what is new in the marketplace and how to resource the right level and quality of candidates while keeping their budgets in line with company policies.

I am also currently working on a new product that in my opinion and the opinion of other senior people within life sciences will be of real value to the life science community!

Previously I worked within direct life science recruitment placing candidates and leading teams.
I have worked closely with some of the leading blue chip organisations globally.
I have also worked and have used a number of pure lifescience job boards and candidate attraction tools so I am well placed to know what works and what doesnt!

Previously I worked with Abraxas the second largest recruitment consultancy globally.
They have a reputation within information technology recruitment that is second to none.
I was developing and driving the new pharmaceutical division for them,strengthening current relationships and forging new ones on an international basis.
We look after all niche areas including clinical,regulatory,quality,medical,med info,health economics,sales & marketing,data management,clinical IT,pharmacovigilance,drug safety etc across Europe & beyond.

We have dedicated consultants covering each niche area on both a contract,interim,freelancer and permanent basic.We work within the REC guidlines and all applicants are treated confidentially.We never divulge client information or candidate information without the relevant parties consent.

Previously I headed up the pharma division here at Tiger and we placed candidates from bench to boardroom with many of the industry leaders across the EMEA region and beyond and we worked on permanent / interim and contract assignments.
We are preferred suppliers to many of our clients and we aim to build long term relationships with both our candidates and clients alike.

I was voted in the pharmatimes recruiter of the year awards because of my expertise unfortunately I could not attend the test centre as I had business commitments!!
