As a college undergraduate, Todd Elias attended The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, where he pursued rigorous academic coursework. After graduating from The Citadel with a Bachelor’s degree, Todd Elias enrolled at Texas Tech University School of Law and spent the next three years learning all facets of the United States legal system. In 1993, Todd Elias earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University, passed the Texas State Bar Examination, and entered the professional world. In addition to Texas, Todd Elias is also admitted to practice in the state of Arkansas. Admitted to practice by the U.S. District Court in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, Todd Elias joined the Texas Trial Lawyers Association in 1996. A longtime member of the American Association for Justice as well, Todd Elias serves this organization in its Railroad Law Section.
