I am skilled in working with multinational companies in the financial services industry fulfilling senior management positions. I project managed bank acquisitions and integration, and directed full IT shops for specialized lending banks in France and Italy. I lead cross border teams for international projects, working in France, Italy, Turkey and Poland. As a member of subsidiary company boards and executive committees, I worked successfully with extrovert leadership styles in fast paced environments and start-ups. Beyond my linguistic skills and international upbringing, I have excellent business acumen and a sound understanding of IT. I am at ease interacting with all levels of the organization while maintaining keen focus on delivering key business objectives and bottom line results.
 
While I am capable of working with minimal supervision, I am also a strong team player and believe that the team is more than the sum of its members. Questioning the status-quo, I am flexible in approach, easily shifting between hands-on to delegating style. Being open to criticism, I am a continuous learner and emotionally resilient.
