Hakkımda

Being majored in Economics, in Middle East Technical University (Ankara, Turkey), in 2003, I had been working as a Territory Manager in Agricultural Machinery Business. During my career, I had the chance of exploring almost all over the country, not only with its geography but also with the manner of local business, trade patterns, and social structure. Currently, I was responsible for building a 3S (sales-services and spare parts) network in Trakya and Marmara Region, achieving the company business goals in sales of agricultural machinery, and competing with a wide range of firms trading in tractors and combine business in Turkey. My career path, therefore, made me competent in managing a territory business and a network of different culture and social levels with different business patterns under the hard conditions of high competition.

My education background in economics and business administration helps me in deriving a different analytical viewpoint and as a result of this, beside my main job definition , I had also been occupied with analyze and report development tasks in the firms that I had previously worked. Market and competition analyses, development in sales reports, customer profiling studies and corporate segmentations are some of the development topics that I had been occupied with.

Being a member of a worldwide manufacturer I had the invaluable chance of co-operating with colleagues from different countries to achieve the same corporate goals and projects. I had an attendance or a part in several trainings and expositions held in different European countries such as Germany, Poland, and Netherland which were mainly focused on theoretical and practical product issues and management skills relating the corporate goals for the future.

I had M.s degree in Business Administration from Maltepe University in 2008 with deeper studies in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) issues, especially in Customer Profiling and Knowledge Management. Besides that, I have enriched my professional capabilities with several trainings and seminars I had attended both abroad and in Turkey till today. Analyzing customer behavior, time management and building strong interpersonal relationships are the main study topics that I am interested in.

Considering the high technology environment of today’s business, I had been included in different corporate projects of the firms that I had been working for, such as SAP Sales and CRM module conceptual design , E-Map applications for further market analyze and E-Business development for sales in agricultural machinery. I am accurate in utilization of Office software and presentation skills.

I have advanced comprehension and communication skills in English and French while Turkish is my mother tongue.

Up today, my career drove me to a different path of sales business. I believe, all of my experience in sales, interpersonal relations, different business manners of Turkey integrating with my analytical thinking, hard-working, target-oriented and sincere personality build enough enthusiasm and background for being a member of any corporate family and making a valuable career step in different vacancies.
