·             In Navbharat, Increase in production capacity from 350 MT/month to 1500 MT/ month in zinc oxide as well as new capacity of 1000 MT/ month for reclaimed zinc metal.

·             Completed ‘Greenfield project’ in ‘Jammu, India’ managing land acquisition, licensing, design, civil work, erection, commissioning, manpower management etc. 

·             Operations management of three locations.

·             Achieve status of “lowest manufacturing cost” for zinc oxide within Indian subcontinent.

·             In MetalliKon, started with capital of INR 2.5 million in 2007-08 and bring company to Order booking of INR 200 million in 2011-12 (first six month).

·             Strong corporate management experience and growth oriented approach towards companies, I worked for.

·             Worked for technical collaboration with Italian firm in aluminum business for business associate in MetalliKon.

·             Partial P&L responsibility in Slugs India Ltd (as COO) and Total P&L responsibility in MetalliKon Consultancy as Principal Consultant (CEO).

·             Deal with clients in India, South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe while in MetalliKon.

·             Strong Experience in implementation of ERP, Production planning, execution in manufacturing of multiple products. (Approx. product range of 14000)
