Vishnu has been a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant in India for many years and he has worked with many small and medium sized industries for successful establishment of new manufacturing projects from concept to completion. He has also handled a number of cases of corporate mergers, restructuring and assisted many corporations in India in successful strategic planning, growth and market capitalization. His multi skills specialization in India included conducting of management/efficiency audits of manufacturing companies, setting up of new manufacturing business/industry from scratch in addition of all forms of legal and statutory compliances.

Served in Board of Directors of many Indian Companies (including listed company). Very actively associated with a large number of commercial and professional bodies, some of them are:

Vishnu was born in Calcutta (India) and has been continuously residing in Singapore with my family for about 11 years and apart from setting up his own consulting company he brought a number of other Indian groups also to expand globally by making a base in Singapore. Presently director of Singapore registered entities namely “VMC Bridges” (Formerly known as Viki Martin Consultants) in addition he is nominee director and nominee shareholder in number of other companies.

Professional Contribution

Written several articles which were published in various professional journals in India.
Associated with large number of professional and commercial organizations in senior capacity.
Interacted with several senior Indian ministers and government officials at various platforms on the various laws affecting business adversely and many of such recommendations were accepted by Ministry of Finance, India. Counseled fellow Chartered Accountants on a number of occasions clarifying their doubts on application of certain law/ruling in various meetings and seminars.
