Maintenance of preparatory & crushing units, steam / power generating plants, clarification, evaporation & boiling plants, centrifuging and sugar conveying system. Budgeting, procurement of materials & equipments at competitive price, selection of machineries and materials. Outsourcing, selection and maintaining relationship with the vendors, original manufacturers locally/internationally ensuring competitive cost and terms. Selection of dedicated work force so as to work in team spirits and harmony resulting optimum utilization of manpower. Have enjoyed excellent support and confidence from high ups. Creditworthy stamina to work for longer time with the team and have distinction to start from plan level to successful implementation.
