~ WAIT, WHAT? WHO IS THIS GUY?

Glad you are asking. I am a gamer by heart and, after finishing my apprenticeship and dipping into freelancing, pursued my dream of joining the Games Industry by starting out as a Customer Support Representative.

This was five years ago, in Paris, and I have since been constantly improving on myself, moved to England, and worked my way up to be able to join the Production Team at Codemasters. I am now looking to continue my career in Germany.

~ I SEE. BUT WHAT CAN HE ACTUALLY DO?

While, of all traits to have, I personally count common sense as the most important one, my skills are as varied as my general interests. From programming over web design to project management (and beyond), I have been involved in, and learned about, a lot of different things. This was down to being interested in all of them as much it was to not being able to decide which one of them to concentrate on.

This dilemma, together with my drive to learn even more new things, eventually got me to aim for a career in Production. There I was able take on a very wide array of different responsibilities and tasks, while at the same time meeting many different teams and people.

~ SO WHY WOULD SOMEONE HIRE HIM?

If a company was looking for someone who does as little work as possible, constantly needs to be told what to do and wouldn’t get of his behind, even if his pants were on fire, then you don’t want to hire me.

However, if they are looking for a self-motivated, approachable and genuinely fun (or so I was told) guy, who tackles everything with 103% dedication, I am their man (would be 110%, but I need around 7% focus for the appreciation of my bowl of Crunchy Nuts in the morning).
