- Responsible for transition of International Payroll from HQ in Mountain View, California to EU HQ in Dublin, Ireland. Created SOX compliant process from the scratch - IOCPA method - Process improvement and deployment into new geographies within EMEA, APAC & NAM regions. Set up new payrolls in France, Japan, Italy, Spain, Germany, Singapore, Sweden. - Designed a set of metrics – Payroll Scorecard to enhance communication with the business - Responsible for the entire International Payroll processing

- Supervisor of the ADP Payroll Production Control tool for EMEA - Supervised team of (1) Payroll Administrator - Payroll approver of the Commission work flow tool - Responsible for preparation of all the data changes that were to be processed in a given month using People Soft PRISM reports Business Objects XI) - Leading the process of payroll transition and implementation to ADP Streamline, including gathering of historical data, setting up new payrolls; also testing and developing processes
