Dr. Wolfgang Zink

Ich arbeite als Projektleiter im Münchner Büro der internationalen Strategieberatung Booz & Company (vormals Booz Allen Hamilton). Meine Arbeitsschwerpunkte liegen in der Beratung von Regierungen und öffentlichen Institutionen sowie von Unternehmen in den Branchen Kommunikation, IT und Medien. Funktional habe ich intensive Beratungserfahrung in den Bereichen Strategieentwicklung, Organisation, Restrukturierung sowie Vertrieb und Programm-Management. Neben Deutschland, Frankreich und Großbritannien bin ich im Nahen Osten tätig. Als Projektleiter verfüge ich über die internationale Zertifizierung Project Management Professional (PMP) des Project Management Institute (PMI).
 
Vor dem Eintritt bei Booz & Company / Booz Allen Hamilton habe ich als Lehrbeauftragter am Seminar für Wissenschaftliche Politik der Universität Freiburg gearbeitet, war zudem zwei Jahre für ein Special Interest-Magazin für Audio-Elektronik tätig und habe ein Jahr an einem französischen Lycée unterrichtet. Für die Ständige Vertretung Frankreichs bei der Europäischen Union habe ich im Namen Frankreichs im Rat der EU in Brüssel verhandelt.
 
Mein akademischer Hintergrund ist deutsch-französisch: An der Universität Freiburg habe ich in Politikwissenschaft promoviert. Mein Studium an der französischen École Nationale d'Administration (ENA) habe ich mit einem Diplom sowie einem "Master of Public Administration (MPA)" abgeschlossen. Die Sicht der Praxis und der Theorie verbinde ich noch immer durch Lehrtätigkeiten an der Universität Freiburg.

I am working as a project manager (Senior Associate) for Booz & Company (previously Booz Allen Hamilton), a leading international strategy consultancy. I am based out of the Munich office. My consulting focus includes Governments, further public sector organizations and private companies in the fields of communication, IT and media. My functional expertise covers strategy development as well as large-scale strategy-based transformation, corporate restructuring, program management and market realignment / sales optimization. Key geographies of my assignments are Germany, France, the UK and the Middle East. As a project manager, I hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Prior to my consulting career I worked as a lecturer at Freiburg University (department of political science) and had the position of a staff writer for a special interest magazine in the area of audio electronics. Furthermore, I taught for the period of one year at a French Lycée and acquired diplomatic work experience as a French delegate in the European Council of Ministers (Brussels).
 
My academic background is German-French: I am a graduate of the French Prime Minister’s Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA), Strasbourg / Paris, where I received a Diploma and a Master of Public Administration (MPA). In addition, I hold a PhD in political science from Freiburg University. Through teaching activities at Freiburg University I still aim to combine perspectives on theory and practice.
