We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (m/f) for our Danfoss team in Central Europe (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland).
Come and help to drive innovation in Marketing at Danfoss. In this role you will be responsible for driving creation and execution of our digital strategy and support digital transformation in CER.
About the role:
Key tasks
Successful implementation of regional Digital Customer Experience rollout
Constantly shape CER digital strategy and roadmap to achieve the best ROI
Development of customer-centric digital tools and channels together with Segment Marketing to support our regional business models (e.g. Website, CRM, Social Media, Campaigns)
Align and drive regional Social Media Strategy
Project lead for implementation of DCE roll-out (CRM tools & website)
Continuously optimize user experience across channels
Owner of regional website
Align and sustain regional governance for the digital appearance
Align processes and priorities
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Segments, regional Management, Corporate Functions, digital Danfoss community)
Success Criteria
Being on top of digital marketing knowledge
Ability to work successfully in a complex matrix organization
Power to put things into practice
Affinity to technology driven environment
About you:
Requirements to educational background
University degree required in relevant digital, marketing, business administration or similar direction
Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
Requirements to working experience
At least 4-5 years in similar roles
Expertise in sales-oriented digital program management
Experience in digital marketing for B2B business models
Strong expertise regarding CRM-based and customer journey-oriented lead management, lead nurturing, lead conversion
Strong expertise in design and implementation of digital campaigns and initiatives
Comprehensive knowledge about relevant tools and channels (e.g. SEO, SEA, Display, E-Mail Marketing, Social Media Marketing, webinars, Microsites, online shops)
Experienced in utilizing analytics and monitoring tools
Good networking skills
Excellent project management skills

Next Ventures currently require a German-speaking SAP Hybris Technical Consultant for a customer of ours in Southern Germany. You will be working on their e-commerce platform using the latest version of Hybris.
Start: Now or beginning of October
Duration: until end of the year (likely 1-year extension)
1 day remote per week
Rate in EUR per day (negotiable)
The primary responsibility will be the running and supporting of multiple hybris shops:
-Conceptual work and requirement analysis
-Identify performance issues, fixing bugs and testing
-Monitoring log files
-Manage ticketing system - tracking bugs and gathering enhancement ideas
-Work with 3rd party implementation partner and stakeholder management
Experience:
-Hybris Commerce experience
