The Hotel is a 69-room hotel located in the center of Cullera. The hotel consists of two parts; The Hotel II which has a 2 star rating and the Hotel III with a 3 star rating.
Cullera is the home of an old Moorish fortress built in the 13th century to secure the area, the church of Saint Johns erected in the 17th century on an old Gothic temple and the Torre de Marenyet, an ancient watchtower built
to protect the Júcar river in the 15th century as a defense against pirates.
The hotels are located in the tourist center of Sant Antoni de Cullera with the area of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets less than five-minute walk from the hotel. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and has a fast connection to the train station. The beach of Sant Antoni is about 100 meters from the hotels.

Reservation system
The hotels use a unique reservation system for the two hotels. This system uses the cloud and is connected by channel managers to the agencies. Reservations for hotels if they can do directly from a mobile application, or website of hotels or agencies. The confirmation arrives immediately to the client and the hotel without having to do anything manually.
Sales
For the reservation system we use, hotels are contracted with the largest online agencies in the world such as Booking.com, Expedia, HRS, Hotelbeds, etc. In Spain, we are contracting with wholesalers such as JumboTours, WelcomeBeds, CnTravel, Atrápalo, etc. We work with more than 75 agencies that are dedicated to group business. The list of our partners will be passed during the sale of the hotels.
Marketing
We have developed a brand style guide for hotel marketing, both in print and online. This includes the use of the hotel logo, brand sources, advertising and guidelines. The online digital presence of the hotel
includes a web page (with the option to book), Facebook and Instagram.
