Join us in Vienna and get aboard the sessions of the European Diversity and Bussiness Congress (EDIC) this time focusing on Setting Diversity Targets and Agendas that drive inclusion in management and leadership.
Have you ever thought your company could use improved or first-time diversity targets in order to adress the recurring bottlenecks and challenges linked to diversity?
Setting Diversity Targets and Agendas means and requires much more than setting goals, having a diversity manager or running a campaign within a company or organisation.
It requires clearly defining Diversity Targets and Agendas as an integral part of the organisational culture and value system including assessment mechanisms for accountability and sanctions, as well as recognition for individual employees, teams and departments. This panel will be looking at how companies and organisations are setting diversity targets and agendas, how these are being assessed, who is or who should be held accountable? What recognition and sanctions mechanisms are being put in place today? What lessons have been learnt so far?
