Ravneet Kaur Kanban System Design–A System Thinking Approach (KMP I) in Hamburg on 28-29 June 2017
Dear All,
Are you struggling with implementing Agile in your organization? Is the change too prescriptive? Are your teams overburdened and less productive but still too resistant for a revolutionary change?
Choose the “Alternative Path to Agility” and implement an evolutionary and humane Change Management Method which doesn’t change your process but improves it.
The Kanban Method provides pragmatic, actionable, evidence-based guidance for successful evolutionary change. It starts with what you do now and respects current roles, responsibilities and job titles. This allows organizations to evolve business processes gradually, define and use relevant metrics to measure progress, and significantly reduce the risk associated with complex change programs.

Susanne Brand But now let's go for it...
the English Evening group was founded at XING a long, long time ago but nothing happened - due to a lack of user knowledge and experience - but now let's go for it!
The group logo is under development - coming soon.
The first invitations were sent out, some had a very quick response. Great!
Is anybody out there in the mood to become a co-moderator?
If so, drop me a note.
Please feel free to invite your contacts - who might be interested - to the group, we have to grow...
I am looking forward to having a lot of fun, chats, new contacts and communication.

Susanne Brand Welcome to the English Evening...
I am Susanne. I've founded this XING Group because in former days I've organized the English Evening as an inner company event. We've been 10 to 25 participants from different departments meeting nearly every month.
Since I've left the company I am missing these events: the english chat, the accompany of nice people for a good cinema movie or theatre play, the gampling nights with a lot of laughter.
And this is what I am really looking forward to.
The first event will be announced soon
Hope to see you then!
PS: No foreign feathers on my hat:
The original founder was Craig Hills - cheers, regards, and a big THANK YOU -
an expatriate from England who lives now in Japan. He tried to teach us english
idioms and slang words in a pub - with some pines. Lot of fun :o)
