ROLE : Functional Safety Specialist (m/w/d)
• Perform safety management activities according to relevant standards during
all project phases (e.g. FMEDA, qualitative and quantitative fault tree analysis)
• Review safety architectures and safety plans to ensure compliance with

Hi there,
I worked in the IT industry for a couple of years and switched to recruiting in the digital world. I have seen quite a few :) applications and could give applicants feedback on their application in Germany.
What I mean is subjective feedback, my own point of view, not a job recommendation. I run ThinkHeads but our portfolio is small, we concentrate on. a few selected placements, so chances are low that we have the fitting job.
I could rather help with a point of view: often I have seen a lack of commitment, bindingness during the application process or a lack of information needed or information overload or a not specific tailored application.
See it from a recruiters point of view: the more far the applicant comes from, the more hurdles are to take and risk that the process fails is high. So a recruiter would prefer a smooth, easy way: an applicant from the same location, same language, same communication culture and a beautiful fit. No need to say this person does not exist, but not many companies see it as an enrichment per se to have diverse and intercultural teams - or to be more precise: HR teams are not familiar with VISA processes, are sometimes not fluent in english themselves which makes phone interview difficult for them. On the other hand there are quite a few opportunities since digital business is growing and German could be hub to later explore more of europe.
