- Gather business requirements and user insights and translate these into design solutions for the partners
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to create compelling and consistent experiences across all of the platforms
- Turn user insights into strategic drivers through journey maps, user archetypes, and related tools, and help to establish these as tools that are used by our product, design, tech, and commercial teams
- Grow design maturity across the organization by leading design research and service design efforts. The design team facilitates and guides teams with leading design research methodologies and tools, to become a more customer-centric organization.
- Excellence in interaction design, expert knowledge in common design patterns, and systematic design approach
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and translating insights into product and service design concepts
- Experience and interest in solving complex problems
- Great communication and facilitation skills
- Fluent English
