The Role
Korn Ferry has partnered with DSM, one of the world's leading life science companies to effectively deliver on their current peak in recruitment needs. We are looking to find a Recruiter based in Heerlen to join our exceptionally talented RPO team in supporting our client’s recruitment needs. You will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high profile business areas, mainly senior management roles
• Build strong relationships with client’s senior business managers and divisional stakeholders such as HR to understand the recruitment needs and requirements
• Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers
• Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
• Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
• Maintain KPI’s and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting
Skills & experience:
• Extensive experience with recruitment processes and 360 degree recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch
• IT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word etc.)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Experience interpreting data and reporting
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast moving and demanding environment
• Excellent stakeholder and networking skills
• Pro active and takes ownership

Korn Ferry has partnered with one of the world's leading life science companies to effectively deliver on their current peak in recruitment needs.
We are looking to find a Recruiter based in Amsterdam (split on-site/remote work considered) to join our exceptionally talented RPO team in supporting our client’s recruitment needs.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to hiring managers.
Key Accountabilities
• Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent for roles across the region
• Recruitment across a range of functions for professional-level roles
• Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management
• Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools
Skills & Experience
• Recruitment experience gained within an agency, RPO or inhouse environment, managing the full end to end recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies
• Fluency in Dutch and English essential, any other European language would be an advantage but not essential
• Previous experience of recruiting within the life sciences/biotechnology/pharmaceuticals market would also be highly advantageous
• Excellent senior stakeholder managements skills
