Transaction Manager (focus on Holland) m/f/d
Your Responsibilities:
- Execution of international M&A transactions in a team, including bidding processes and participation in contract negotiations
- Structuring of international PV investments with regard to commercial, contractual and tax issues
- Modelling and evaluation of business cases
- Focus on Holland
- Maintaining relationships with international investors in the field of renewable investments
- Structured search and approach of new investors
Your Profile:
- Academic degree in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or similar
- Professional experience in the field of project structuring, financial modelling
- Very good knowledge of Excel for modelling cash flow-based yield calculations and the associated evaluation of operative project companies
- Very good knowledge of English, ideally also Dutch, German is also very welcome
- A high degree of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented way
- Experienced in negotiations, sympathetic and customer-oriented

The Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to work within one of our highly respected and well established RPO clients. They are a global leading company.
Working as part of our professional global team of recruitment specialists, you will support our client with its growth and talent management strategy by attracting and presenting exceptional candidates for a range of permanent roles within their verticals.
We are looking for someone to build long-term client relationships by implementing best practice right across the recruitment lifecycle – from screening and assessment through to sourcing methodologies and candidate relationship management.
Key Accountabilities
• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing
• Build strong relationships with candidates
• Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
• Pro-actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
• Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
• Support the overall service delivery targets
