In the ultra competitive market of global electronics distribution, Horizon Technology is taking the lead. Horizon trades in the commodity market, but their futures contracts are for storage and display products that support the manufacturing and after-market service responsibilities of Fortune 500 consumer electronics companies.
Horizon is looking to fill a European Account Manager, who will handle major European OEM and Contract Manufacturing customers. This position is ideal for a candidate looking for an international sales opportunity where some travel will be involved.
Responsibilities for this position include:
• Developing new customer accounts through outbound phone calls
• Identifying new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth
• Building long-term executive/client relationships
The most qualified candidates will demonstrate the following:
• Developed negotiation tactics
• Professional phone presence
• Profound understanding of European culture
• Fluency in French or German
Total possible compensation is directly correlated to out-bound (phone) sales efforts, and six figure earnings are commonplace.
• Competitive base salary with one of the best commission packages in the industry (Typically commission makes up 75% of annual earnings)
