Responsibilities:
-Designing, planning and implementing of all B2C and B2B marketing activities incl. performance measurement
-Provide full understanding of competitive and indication market through planning and running of market analysis and research
-Independent development and execution of product strategies and product launches
-Development of mid-term strategies for diverse indication areas incl. preparation of business cases
Qualifications:
-University Degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medicine or Natural Sciences combined with additional Business Administration skills/knowledge
-Fluency in German and English
-At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, experience in Women’s Health a plus
Competences:
-Analytic and structured work style, coupled with flexibility and creativity for Marketing
-Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
-Enthusiasm to build up new businesses and to pave the ground for the future
