(with German translation as required)
Agile is a
framework implemented in many organizations who are writing software
applications. The challenge is to understand & implement it in other
contexts such as Schools, Universities, etc.
The Digital Transformation is deeply connected to Business Agility, and to how much you understand the needs of your clients, looking for innovation and permanent contact. Organisations need to implement multidisciplinary teams to take advantage of everyone´s know-how to explore and serve clients from different angles.
Like any framework, Agile/SCRUM has its own JARGON, particular words or expressions used by a profession or group that are difficult for others to understand. In this workshop we approach the understanding of the Agile/SCRUM framework with a series of practical exercises.
