Smart City Expo World Congress exists in order to empower cities and collectivize urban innovation across the globe. Through promoting social innovation, establishing partnerships and identifying business opportunities, the event is dedicated to creating a better future for cities and their citizens worldwide.

As the world's leading event for cities, Smart City Expo World Congress provides a unique meeting point for the whole smart city ecosystem. Die Smart City Dortmund und ihre Partner laden Sie zur Beteiligung auf dem Gemeinschaftsstand ein!
2016 wurde im Rahmen der Energiewende die Allianz Smart City Dortmund ins Leben gerufen. 2018 wurde Dortmund mit dem Preisträger der "digitalsten Stadt" Deutschlands. 2019 wurde die Allianz im Wettbewerb "Stadt.Land.Digital" ausgezeichnet. Und im September 2019 findet der Digitalgipfel in Dortmund statt.
Die Allianz Smart City Dortmund umfasst aktuell mehr als 160 Unternehmen und Institutionen - lokal, regional, national oder international - Startup, KMU oder Großkonzern - , die in Dortmund in Reallaboren gemeinsam Projekte, Produkte und Geschäftsmodelle entwickeln. Als Standort sind wir offen alle, die die Stadt und ihre Akteure lebenswerter, digitaler und nachhaltiger machen wollen.
