Business Modeling & Improv Pitching

Increase the chances for success for your start-up with the business modelling method and upgrade your pitching skills. The Business Model Canvas helps develop, challenge and reinvent your business.

A Business Model (BM) is the logic by which an individual, team, or enterprise creates and delivers value to customers. A. Osterwalder created this globally successful strategic tool. It makes it easier to develop, describe, challenge and reinvent your business in a structured, visual manner.
Combine the BM Canvas with your own business model (Business Model You®) and see how compatible you and your team are.
The day is spiced up with tools from improv theatre to enrich your pitching and presentation skills. It’s a fun way to help you empathize with costumers, prototyping and telling your story.
