Scrum is a framework which is derived from practical experiences to enable us to master the most important challenges (increased complexity of products/projects, ambitious delivery targets etc.) in product development. Scrum is a frame and it needs to be filled, based on existing circumstances and ambitions of the pro- ject/environment. There is no single receipt for this venture, but you will be pointed towards some strategies to do so. The full potential of the framework grounds on continuous adaptation and optimization based on the build in feedback loops. This makes an understanding of the underlying principles and intentions essential to use Scrum effectively.

You will not only learn about the Scrum framework and about the ScrumMaster role - what is essential, of cour- se. But what is even more so is to really grasp the underlying principles so that you will be enabled to see how Scrum could fit into your environment. The course is for you if you are relatively new to Scrum or if you are interested to deepen your Scrum Skills.

The focus of the two days is on linking the underlying intentions of Scrum with first hands-on training experi- ences. You will be guided through a training simulation so that you will not just hear about Scrum, but start to feel and experience it for yourself, enabling a deeper understanding and also enabling the ability to ask deeper questions. - So that you can improve your Scrum!
