Join us for presentations on data-driven product management in a Holacracy-run startup and get to know Product Field, a new canvas-like tool that can help to turn ideas into succesful products.
PLEASE NOTE: Entry is from 18:00, please use the betahaus staircase (right-hand-side of the building -> up to the first floor), presentations will start ca 18:30.

For our next Product Tank we are pleased to bring you presentations and interactive sessions on the following topics:

Holacracy in practice & data-driven product development
Ruben Timmerman & Rik Matena from Springest in Amsterdam will talk about how they apply data-driven product management within their Holacracy-run organization: Ruben will give an introduction on the Holacracy concept of running an entire organization on extreme transparency and agility - and what he and his team have learned by introducing and living Holacracy for 3 years now. This coincides with the release of the first Holacracy book by Brian J. Robertson the day before the event.  Rik will then present how he applies tools like Mixpanel, Asana and GTD to enable data-driven product development at Springest.

Here are some articles of Ruben's on medium (another Holacracy-run company)

Introduction to Product Field
Wolfgang Wopperer (mindmatters), Michael Schieben (precious) und Klaus-Peter Frahm will present the brand new Product Field – a canvas-like tool that aims to distill years of product development experience into a practical and comprehensive guide for product people aspiring to turn ideas into successful products. It helps you understand and manage the context of your product development process and provides you with a toolset for empirical product development. During their talk, we will try out the Field ourselves and hopefully discover stuff about our products we didn’t know before.
