Join us for another round of Hamburg's event for product managers and other people interested in digital products.

Moritz Königsbüscher / SoundCloud
Scaling payments in an international startup. The challenges and how they were solved.

This talk is about challenges coming with my role as SoundCloud´s product manager for payments - and how they were solved.
You´ll hear about choosing the right payments partners, shaping the team and rebuilding of internal payments and subscription services. I´ll talk about fighting fraudsters, reporting of revenues to the accounting team and what needs to be done for going international.
This talk will mainly be hands-on, so that you can get a good insight on what´s needed both from the product side and also from the domain side.
I´ll try to also give a view on the current state of payments - including a view on ApplePay and Bitcoins.

About Moritz:
Moritz works as a senior product manager for payments for SoundCloud, the world´s leading social sound platform. Within his role, he´s responsible for SoundCloud´s payments infrastructure and payments  products, fraud management and partner management. He´s been in the payments industry since 2000, working with ClickandBuy, Arvato Financial Services and others. Later on Moritz switched to the merchant side - also working at XING - where he now combines payments expertise with product management work.

Mark Jäger / Stuffle
Understanding core value - How Jobs-to-be-done can help you to build great products

About Mark:
Mark Jäger is a Co-Founder and CPO at Stuffle and as such responsible for the startup's product strategy, concept and design. Before Stuffle he worked as a mobile product guy for the Digital Pioneers Incubator as well as doing agency concept work for clients such as Media Markt, Blume 2000 and Liebherr.
