Join us! Christoph Richter & Christian Schlüter will talk about how to revitalize your product vision and how to create an environment of commitment towards a product strategy.
Please note that we will make more seats available on December 1st noon. If the first bunch of seats is booked already, please respond with "maybe, " and we will notify you when more seats are available.

How to revitalize a product vision?
What do you do when product iterations are stagnant, deadlines are missed, and your product is in a comfort zone you know will not last forever? There is a lot of literature and information about how to create a product vision, how to employ agile methodologies and best practices for all sorts of product development related topics. But what do you do if your product is stuck for quite a while already? How do you establish or expand towards a new vision, inspire an established product team, and create an environment of commitment towards a product strategy?

Christoph Richter - Business Unit Head
Christoph spent the last four years with XING and is responsible for the ProWork business unit working on all job search related topics across XING. Before joining XING, Christoph worked for five years for McKinsey & Company focusing on business technology related topics. Christoph is an engineer by heart and by training and holds a Ph.D. from Technical University Braunschweig. He also studied at the University of Waterloo and MIT.

Christian Schlüter - Team Lead Product Management
Christian spent the last three years with XING and is responsible for the ProWork product (XING Jobs, lebenslauf.com, anschreiben.com, bewerbung.com, gehaltsindex.com). Before joining XING, Christian worked in roles like technical consultancy and pre-sales engineering. He was part of early mobile web development for companies like kicker, BMW, and Bild.de. Christian started out as a computer scientist and holds a masters degree (M.Sc.) from the University of Bonn/Germany.
