This is your mission
- Analysis of existing processes and systems along the supply chain to identify further standardization, digitalization, and automation potential, as well as the development of actionable recommendations and measures
- Evaluation of market and industry developments within Supply Chain Management, e.g., e‑commerce solutions and AI‑supported demand planning
- Coordination and management of intra‑departmental and cross‑functional projects
- Development and creation of KPI dashboards to increase transparency, along with the derivation and implementation of appropriate measures
- Participation in the migration to SAP S/4HANA with a focus on Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay
- Preparation of documentation, volume structures, and cost analyses for tenders, and support/leadership in negotiations with external logistics service providers
- Creation and updating of work instructions and process descriptions
This is your profile
- Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, particularly in planning as well as in the analysis and optimization of logistics processesStrong process understanding combined with a high degree of flexibility, agility, reliability, and goal orientation
- Experience in leading and executing cross‑functional projects or initiatives
- Solid knowledge of SAP SD and MM
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
- Expertise in process modelling and change management
- Strong analytical skills to understand, structure, and solve complex tasks in a solution‑oriented manner
- Completed education/training appropriate for the role
- Very good German and English language skills
- Confident use of the MS Office suite
