Administrative Employee (Parttime) - Amsterdam Bijenkorf HUGO BOSS Benelux Retail B.V. | Amsterdam | Netherlands | Full-time/Part-time
What you can expect:
As Administrative Employee you support the Store Manager to execute the administration of the store.
Processing the time registration of all employees;
Collecting data for processing joining and leaving employees and all personnel mutations;
Keeping records for absenteeism;
Create the weekly schedules;
Answering the telephone.
At least a degree on MBO level;
Demonstrable success gained in an administrative position, preferably with a recognized brand, for at least 2 years;
Strong personality with a flexible attitude;
Affinity with Hugo Boss clothing and clientele;
Well-organized and consequent;
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English;
Living nearby Amsterdam.
